Introduction:

Because of the large arc angle after the ordinary bending processing,
and the thicker the plate processing, the bigger the arc angle will be .
The existence of great arc angle affects the overall appearance of the product.
In order to solve this problem, our company launched a new design concept of CNC sheet metal V-slot planer 
which popularly be called V groove cutting machine now .

1.This machine has a high machining precision, easy operation, stable and reliable operation.

2.It is used for v-groove processing on stainless steel, ordinary iron plate and copper plate,
especially for v-groove processing before sheet metal bending.

3.The body is all welded steel, annealed to eliminate inner stress, and has extremely high strength.

4.Adopts the mature Taiwan CNC system, the product is reliable and easy operation after programming.

5.The compressed air blowing type cooling system not only prevents the cutting waste from scratching the steel surface,
but also improves the service life of the tool .
